- By using Dalla Taxi Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with our terms and conditions.
- You must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license to rent a vehicle.
- The rented vehicle is for personal use only and should not be used for illegal activities or off-road driving (unless agreed upon).
- Smoking inside the vehicle is prohibited, and pets are allowed only with prior approval.
- The vehicle must not be driven outside of the specified geographic area without written consent.
- Payment is accepted via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer, and full payment is due at the time of booking.
- A refundable security deposit is required at the time of rental and will be refunded upon return of the vehicle in the same condition.
- Additional charges may apply for services such as GPS, additional drivers, or child safety seats.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of your rental period may incur a cancellation fee.
